About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), model training, and fine-tuning, especially for applications in the content generation domain. The ideal candidate will work on building, optimizing, and deploying AI models that enhance automated content creation workflows across text, images, and multimedia.

Key Responsibilities1. LLM Model Training & Fine-Tuning

  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, Gemma, etc.) for content generation tasks.
  • Create and manage datasets for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement-based model training.
  • Implement techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, RAG, PEFT, or full-parameter fine-tuning.
  • Optimize model performance for creativity, accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance.

2. Content-AI Pipeline Development

  • Build scalable AI pipelines for text generation, summarization, rewriting, SEO-optimized content, and ideation tools.
  • Integrate models into production systems via APIs or custom inference frameworks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (content, product, engineering) to understand creative workflows and build AI-driven tools.

3. Model Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Develop evaluation metrics for content quality, coherence, style, and factual accuracy.
  • Perform A/B testing and maintain continuous improvement cycles for AI models.
  • Implement safety, filtering, and hallucination-reduction strategies.

4. Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with state-of-the-art LLM architectures, model compression, distillation, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experiment with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, and function calling strategies.
  • Recommend and prototype new AI methodologies tailored to the content generation industry.

5. Deployment & Optimization

  • Deploy models on cloud and on-premise GPU/TPU environments.
  • Optimize inference using quantization, caching, batching, and parallelization.
  • Work with MLOps teams to build monitoring dashboards, logging, and versioning workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience working with LLMs in a production or research environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS), and RAG pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in fine-tuning models for text generation, creative content, or similar tasks.
  • Understanding of model deployment technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, GPU optimization.
  • Familiarity with data annotation, synthetic data creation, and dataset management.
