Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Acoustics for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have between 10 to 30 years of experience in relevant fields. The role requires expertise in managing projects related to acoustics and sound management, ensuring high-quality standards and effective team collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Acoustic Simulation Software (Mandatory skill) to effectively predict and analyze sound behavior in various environments.
  • Experience with Project Management Software (Mandatory skill) to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for acoustic projects.
  • Capability to use Acoustic Testing Equipment (Mandatory skill) to measure, assess, and evaluate sound levels and quality.
  • Expertise in Noise Control Engineering to design and implement systems that minimize sound disturbances in different settings.
  • Experience with Sound Measurement Tools to accurately capture and interpret audio data for project analysis.
  • Understanding of Building Acoustics and its principles to enhance sound quality and control within structures.
  • Knowledge of Vibration Analysis to identify and mitigate vibration issues that may affect sound transmission and quality.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards to ensure that acoustic projects meet internationally recognized quality management practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage acoustic projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within designated timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate acoustic solutions into broader project plans.
  • Perform detailed acoustic assessments and provide expert recommendations for sound improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to project specifications.
  • Supervise the use of acoustic equipment and software to guarantee accuracy and reliability in testing and simulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
