With a focus on performance, usability, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our QA team and looking for a skilled Software Tester experienced in Mobile, Web, and ERP testing.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Tester with strong expertise in mobile app testing, web application testing, and ERP module testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure product quality through systematic testing processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Web & Mobile App Testing

  • Conduct functional, UI/UX, compatibility, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Verify responsiveness, screen flows, and usability across devices and browsers.
  • Perform API testing and validate backend integrations (preferred).
  • Identify software defects, log issues, and track their resolution.

2. ERP Module Testing

  • Test various ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, etc.
  • Validate workflow processes, calculations, reports, and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with product and development teams for module improvements.

3. Test Planning & Documentation

  • Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios, and checklists.
  • Create detailed bug reports and work closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Maintain test documentation for releases and sprints.

4. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure products meet functional and performance standards.
  • Identify gaps in requirements and suggest UX/flow improvements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to understand requirements.
  • Provide timely updates on testing progress, risks, and defects.
  • Support UAT and production deployment testing when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Testing
  • Strong understanding of Mobile App Testing (Android/iOS)
  • Experience in Web Application Testing
  • Hands-on experience in ERP module testing
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile processes
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) – preferred
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience using bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹400,000.00 per year
