Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and test garment patterns to ensure quality and production feasibility.
  • Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings for manufacturing.
  • Develop standardized procedures for efficient production.
  • Generate precise patterns based on company and project-specific requirements.
  • Modify and optimize pattern designs using CAD tools.
  • Recommend improvements in materials and design based on fit and functionality.
  • Collaborate with production and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain clear and updated design records and documentation.
  • Apply expert knowledge in pattern making for women's fashion and export-quality garments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women's fashion.
  • Prior experience working with Women's Fashion companies and Export houses is mandatory. Experience limited to local/domestic brands will not be considered.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of women's garment construction and pattern grading.
  • Proficient in CAD tool Richpeace software.
  • Expertise in technical drawings and design development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
