Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Account Manager located in Begumpet,Hyderabad for INDIA region. The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, recruiting IT professionals, and effective communication with clients. Work Location: Begumpet, HyderabadWork Type: 5 days onsite
Work Time: 9.00 AM IST - 5:30 PM ISTPRIOR MUST HAVE SKILLS:MIN 10+ YEARS OF EXPERINCE IN IT STAFFING (DOMESTIC/INDIA). MIN 5+YEARS OF EXPERINCE WORKING AS A RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER IN IT STAFFING.HANDLING END TO END RECRUITMENT PROCESS.MANAGING A TEAM OF 5-10 RECRUITERS.MANAGING AND FARMING 3-5 EXISTING ACCOUNTS.EXPERINCE SUPPORTING REQS FOR SI's / IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER ACCOUNTS.MANAGING AND PUBLISHING WEEKLY, MONTHLY, QUATERLY AND YEARLY REPORTS.MANAGING TEAM PERFORMANCE METRIC REPORT ON A MONTHLY BASIS.PROACTIVE AND POSITIVE THINKING ATTITUDE.ZEAL TO GROW WITH THE COMPANY.QualificationsAccount management and customer service skills
Experince in Domestic Staffing industry is a must.Recruiting and IT recruitment experience.Strong communication skills, including written and oral
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Experience with applicant tracking systems
