About the role: (Salesforce Admin)

Dosti Global Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its seamless operation and efficiency in supporting our business processes. This position requires a strong grasp of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, making it essential for driving our organization's success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including user management, data integrity, system configuration, and customization.

Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.

Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

User Support: Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, assisting them with their day-to-day activities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their use of the system.

System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data backups, data cleansing, and system upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Workflow and Process Automation: Design, implement, and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers.

Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and other components to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Data Management: Manage data imports, exports, and data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the system.

System Integration: Work closely with developers and integration teams to ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools and ERP systems.

Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities to drive business success.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components a plus

Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification

Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Eligibility :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin

Salesforce certifications are Mandatory
