Job Summary:

The ICU Staff Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, ensuring continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and accurate documentation while working collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vital signs and patient condition using ICU equipment.
  • Administer medications, IV infusions, and manage ventilators and life-support systems.
  • Perform emergency procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate nursing notes and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support to patient families and communicate updates.
  • Maintain infection control and safety protocols.

Qualification:

  • GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
  • Valid Nursing Registration
  • ICU experience preferred (1–5 years)

Skills Required:

Critical care handling, communication skills, teamwork, emergency response, documentation accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
