Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Consultant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting, handling travel bookings and reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to customize travel solutions to meet clients' needs.

Core Skills Required

  • Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
  • Prior experience in corporate travel management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Willing to do night shifts and support ETS team.
  • Immediate joiner is a plus.
