Job Title: Business Analyst Python

Department: Technology / Product Development

Location: On-site - Kalyani Nagar, pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 3:00PM to 12:00AM (Monday to Friday)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Python) with 3 - 4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with Python, and excellent communication and client-facing skills. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making for technical projects. Experience with AI technologies and platform especially Voice AI will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the development team to define and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Use Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligning with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate deliverables against business requirements.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or integration tasks.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with AI technologies and platforms (Voice AI preferred).
  • Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), or data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or process automation.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
