Job description

We are seeking for a well-organized and diligent professional to prepare and co-ordinate various Sales and advertising materials and to monitor overall Sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To oversee sales for real estate projects and to ensure targets are met effectively in line with the Sales strategy.
  • Assist HOD in developing and implementing strategic Sales, as well as forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Formulate, organize and develop Sales activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities.
  • Analyze Sales data through various sources such as events, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.
  • Promoting organization's existing strategies and developing new short as well as long-term Sales strategies after carefully evaluating various metrics such as geographies, supply vs demand, etc.
  • Promote Company's branding through managing events, campaigns, networking, channel partners, etc.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overall effective end to end Sales deliverables for the Group.

The incumbent will stay abreast with emerging trends within real estate field, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proactive, team player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and passionate for Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Can-do attitude to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.
  • Candidature with good knowledge of local Real Estate Market is highly preferred.
