Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Spring Boot AWS Snowflake Apache Flink Kafka Connect and Kafka. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and data streaming platforms to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of applications on AWS ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in Snowflake to design and implement robust data warehousing solutions.
  • Utilize Apache Flink for real-time data processing and analytics to drive business insights.
  • Implement and manage Kafka Connect for seamless data integration across various platforms.
  • Ensure reliable and efficient data streaming using Kafka to support real-time applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical implementations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Spring Boot and AWS.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time data processing.
  • Show proficiency in Kafka Connect and Kafka for data streaming and integration.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
