  • Conduct welding repairs and maintenance of existing MS pipelines, including leak rectification, patch welding, and valve connections.
  • Ensure accurate alignment and fitting of pipes before welding using chain blocks, cranes, and alignment tools.
  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) preparation and inspection support for welded joints as per specifications.
  • Assist in hydro-testing and commissioning of newly laid pipelines.
  • Maintain welding tools, gas cylinders, regulators, and safety equipment in good working condition.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards, PPE usage, and welding protocols while working at site.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) for welding and fitting work completed.
