Roles & Responsibilities:

  2. Answering and directing phone calls: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or person, taking messages, and providing information to callers.

  3. Managing correspondence: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail, and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate department or person.

  4. Maintaining records: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining records of visitors, phone calls, and correspondence, and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.

  5. Provide administrative support: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the institute, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and making travel arrangements.

  6. Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, and ensuring that it is presentable at all times.

Requirements
