Roles & Responsibilities
:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors to the institute, providing them with information about the institute, and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Answering and directing phone calls: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or person, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
  • Managing correspondence: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail, and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintaining records: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining records of visitors, phone calls, and correspondence, and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the institute, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area: The Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, and ensuring that it is presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience
  • Candidates should be fluent in English.
