Role Overview:

You will mentor JEE aspirants through
daily planning, performance tracking, and behavioural correction
.

This is a high-discipline role requiring strong communication, patience, and the ability to manage 50–80 students consistently.

Job Description:

  • Guide 50–80 JEE aspirants daily
    with structured study planning, backlog strategy, and time-blocking.
  • Track each student's schedule, completion %, test scores, and productivity metrics
    through daily reporting.
  • Identify procrastination patterns quickly
    and give clear, actionable, measurable corrections — no generic motivation.
  • Conduct daily 1-on-1 planning calls
    (short, sharp, execution-focused; not doubt-solving or teaching).
  • Maintain precise progress logs
    for every student, updated without fail.
  • Communicate professionally
    with students and the Mentor Prep team to ensure daily alignment.
  • Maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and consistency
    — this role demands daily execution, not flexible hours.

Must Have:

  • You've personally prepared for JEE (Mains/Advanced attempt mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in
    English + Hindi
    (this will be tested)
  • Extremely structured, disciplined, and reliable
  • Ability to guide and monitor 50–80 students daily
  • Comfortable with daily calls, reporting, and accountability work
  • Full-time availability (6 days/week)

What we prefer:

  • Prior experience teaching or mentoring JEE students
  • Worked in EdTech or coaching setups
  • Experience with schedules, trackers, performance analytics
  • Natural ability to correct student behaviour without sugarcoating

Compansation & Perks:

Salary:
₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on communication + experience)

Work from office (Pune)
