Role Overview

The
Centre Academic Coordinator (CAC)

ensures smooth academic operations at the branch. This role bridges
students, faculty, and administration

to deliver quality learning, track performance, and maintain a high standard of academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:


Education:

  • M.Sc.

in
Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology
- B.Ed.

in
Mathematics or Science (compulsory

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs Aligned)
Academic Coordination & Delivery

  • Supervise day-to-day academic activities and ensure
    curriculum adherence

.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate
lectures, tests, and academic events

in alignment with faculty.
- Oversee
Abhyaas sessions

(post-class exercise solving, doubt clearance, answer checking).
- Maintain discipline and ensure students utilize time productively.

Student Progress & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyse student academic performance using test results, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Ensure
    AIR (Academic Interaction Register)

is regularly updated with parental responses and coordinator remarks.
- Track weak-performing students and provide academic intervention strategies.

Communication & Parent Interaction

  • Serve as the
    primary contact point

for student and parent academic concerns.
- Conduct structured parent interactions to update on student progress and performance improvement plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Centre Manager/HO as per reporting guidelines.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit
    daily, weekly, and monthly reports

on student attendance, performance, and academic operations.
- Ensure
quantified reporting

(attendance %, Abhyaas compliance, AIR follow-ups, student progress stats).
- Zero tolerance for incomplete/fake reporting – accountability is mandatory.

Operational & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, test halls, and academic resources.
  • Implement and monitor
    standard academic policies

at the branch level.
- Conduct
academic audits

and recommend corrective measures to maintain teaching quality.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for student–parent–faculty coordination.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel & Word

for reporting and analysis.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage pressure and ensure discipline among students.

Work Schedule

  • Shift Timings

: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Work Days

: 6 days/week (Sunday weekly off)
- Additional

: Supervision of
Sunday Tests

as per branch requirement
