Robotics Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
STEM Trainer
to deliver hands-on training in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive STEM sessions, robotics lessons, coding workshops, and project-based learning activities while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and innovation among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Facilitation

• Conduct engaging STEM classes, workshops, and practical sessions for students across different age groups.
• Teach concepts related to science experiments, robotics, coding, electronics, AI basics, and design thinking.
• Guide students in hands-on activities, models, and project building.

Curriculum Implementation

• Deliver STEM curriculum as per company standards and academic guidelines.
• Assist in planning lesson modules, activity schedules, and lab demonstrations.
• Update and customize teaching materials based on student progress.

Student Engagement

• Encourage critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, interactive classroom environment.

Lab & Equipment Management

• Set up and maintain STEM labs, robotics kits, electronic components, and safety tools.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of training equipment

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain progress reports, attendance, and training feedback.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators, school management, and internal team members.
• Support STEM exhibitions, competitions, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/Mechanical/CS), Science, or related STEM fields.
• Experience teaching STEM, robotics, coding, or science-based activities (preferred).
• Strong understanding of basic electronics, programming (Scratch/Python), robotics kits, and STEM tools.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and hands-on learning.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LEGO kits, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Microcontrollers, AI tools, or 3D printing.
• Creative thinking and innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to manage student groups and deliver high-energy sessions.

Location: Trivandrum and Kollam

Salary: 30K to 45K
