RPA Project Manager Job DescriptionThis is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation projects. In this position, you will be responsible for mobilizing, defining, developing, and deploying RPA projects through various phases.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the principal point-of-contact for clients and their teams.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish project management plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders as per the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e., PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases).Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc.).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e., Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.Understanding of the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Benefits:Hiring now for immediate start.Competitive pay determined by level and experience.Healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays benefits.Please note that we are looking for self-motivated and able candidates who can take the initiative with minimum need for supervision.
