Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily production operations and support production planning activities.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects.
  • Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a plant/factory environment and in shifts if required.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or production software is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Internship/training experience in a production or manufacturing setup.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
