Key Responsibilities:Making the Brands Pop:

Make sure the Brands who are sponsoring us are well highlighted with the Festival theme, so everyone knows who they are.

Create an experience that's memorable and fun for everyone who comes.

Bringing in Great Acts:

Use StarClinch to find cool artists and performers for our festival lineup.

Turn our stages into places where people can see amazing talent.

Getting Creative with Designs:

Think up cool designs for things like stages and decorations.

Work with a team to bring those designs to life.

Finding Sponsors and Handling Money:

Talk to companies about sponsoring our festival and making it even better.

Keep track of our money to make sure we're spending it wisely.

Dealing with Permits and Getting Stuff:

Get all the paperwork we need to put on the festival.

Make sure we have everything we need, from food to decorations.

Qualifications:

Experience running music festivals and making them fun for everyone.

Ideas for making festivals awesome, with examples of what you've done before.

Good at talking to people and making deals with sponsors.

Know how to handle money and keep track of a budget.

Able to get things done, even when it's a bit tricky.
