Key Responsibilities:
•

Accounts Receivable: o Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments. o Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve any billing issues. o Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all receivable's transactions.

  • Accounts Payable: o Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments. o Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and handle any discrepancies. o Reconcile accounts payable transactions and manage the AP ledger.

  • Taxation: o Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. o Handle tax-related queries and assist with audits when necessary. o Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise management on their impact

• Domestic and Foreign Remittance: o Process domestic and international payments, including wire transfers and electronic fund transfers. o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to foreign remittance. o Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency conversions as needed

• Reporting and Documentation: o Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. o Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare documentation for audits. o Generate and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
    • years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and taxation.

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign remittance processes.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to taxation and remittance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
