Technical Implementation Specialist

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the highly skilled Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Implementation team, with the primary objective of ensuring successful implementations and fostering positive customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the entire implementation process, encompassing planning, installation, go-live phases, and seamlessly transitioning to the support department. You will be entrusted with: - Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues - Conducting risk assessments throughout project delivery - Offering technical guidance and assistance to the Application and Testing teams - Formulating and upholding implementation best practices - Documenting procedures and defining standards - Configuring settings to streamline processes - Acting as the main technical liaison with customers during the implementation phase - Enhancing the customer experience to guarantee smooth delivery and installation of solutions The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role at a server-side level, such as software solution implementation, 2nd or 3rd line support, or similar positions. A degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education/experience is required, along with proficiency in Oracle programming languages (PL/SQL developer) or other database systems, familiarity with Microsoft Server Operating Systems, and experience in operational environments adhering to SLAs. Demonstrated proficiency in comprehending applications, network environments, and web technologies is highly valued.
