We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Interior Sales Professional
for our sales operations in the interior design and home improvement segment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent client-handling ability, and a passion for turning customer requirements into beautiful interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage
    qualified leads
    through marketing channels, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Conduct
    client meetings
    , understand design and budget requirements, and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
  • Convert inquiries into
    confirmed interior projects
    by providing the best design and pricing solutions.
  • Maintain strong

    throughout the project lifecycle for satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and site teams to ensure
    timely project delivery

    sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in interior design or home decor sales.
  • Proven record of
    meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of
    interior design processes, materials, and pricing

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
