How will you make an impact in this role?

This role supports the strategy and execution of Finance's campus recruiting efforts for the India Summer Internship Program. The Analyst will assist in delivering high-quality recruiting and internship experience by coordinating program operations, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and the CEG campus team.

 Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist in executing recruitment strategies by coordinating with Finance teams and the CEG campus team to support candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement.

·       Help manage the student experience throughout the internship lifecycle, including onboarding, communications, and feedback collection.

·       Support the planning and delivery of internship programming such as learning sessions, engagement activities, and placement coordination.

·       Contribute to the intern conversion process by tracking candidate progress, supporting onboarding logistics, and assisting with first-year experience initiatives.

·       Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for enhancing existing recruiting processes and supporting new program development.

·       Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to track recruiting metrics and program outcomes.

·    Support compliance-related initiatives, including activities aligned with the Apprenticeship Act, in collaboration with the CEG team.

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.

• Minimum work experience of 3 years 

·       Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take the initiative.

·       Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build productive relationships in a matrixed environment.

·       Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·       Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, dashboards) and PowerPoint (e.g., executive-level presentations).
