Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions. This role requires expertise in Marketing Cloud Connect, API integrations, AMPscript, segmentation, automation, and campaign performance analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, personalized customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Cloud Connect (MC Connect)

  • Implement and maintain seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure synchronized data flow and consistency across Salesforce platforms.

2. API Integration

  • Develop and manage API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize and enhance data exchange processes.

3. SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)

  • Write and optimize SOQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns with efficient data retrieval.

4. AMPscript Development

  • Create and enhance AMPscript for dynamic, personalized email content.
  • Implement advanced customization for templates and campaigns.

5. Segmentation

  • Design audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting.
  • Utilize SFMC tools to build personalized marketing campaigns.

6. Email Content & HTML

  • Develop responsive HTML email templates for multi-device compatibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high visual quality across campaigns.

7. Datorama Analytics

  • Use Datorama to track, analyze, and report marketing performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

8. Marketing Automation

  • Build automation workflows in Automation Studio to streamline processes.
  • Schedule and execute automated campaigns.

9. Journey Builder

  • Create and manage customer journeys to improve engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize journeys for enhanced customer experience.

10. Administration

  • Manage SFMC user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Apply best practices in system configuration and platform updates.

11. Customer Data Platform (CDP)

  • Integrate and utilize CDP features for unified customer data.
  • Support personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.

12. Cross-Cloud Collaboration (Preferred)

  • Apply knowledge of Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud to support integrated marketing solutions.
  • Coordinate with related teams for cross-platform alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum
    2 years' hands-on experience
    in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in MC Connect, API integration, SOQL, AMPscript, segmentation, HTML, Datorama, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SFMC administration, and CDP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud (preferred).

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce products and services.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation best practices and industry trends.
