With a combination of leadership, design expertise, project management, and international client interaction in the field of landscape architecture, the applicant will be responsible for managing both small and large projects as well as teams, overseeing project delivery in all its aspects, and assigning work. and in charge of producing landscape drawings and documentation for development and infrastructure projects. This includes preliminary and detailed design as well as the submission of tender drawings that include specifications, BOQ, and MOM.At least 5 years of professional experience, post-master's degree, and familiarity with Middle Eastern projects is add on.
Proven ability to design external spaces using current design standards, guidance, and best practices. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and transparency throughout the project. Experience preparing landscape tender drawings, BOQs, and detailed specifications.
Experience in the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and associated software for production of technical information. Experience in the use of Adobe design suite (Inc. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for production of graphics and reports and application of BIM.Qualifications:Master's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent from an accredited program. With minimum of 5+ years of Professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
Proficiency in key software, including Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. and would have liked to know more about software such as Revit, Civil 3D,Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis
Works is plus.
