Job Description

We have been designing and building homes and commercial spaces for over 25 years, with a portfolio of over 4500 custom designed, furnished homes and buildings covering a total area of approximately 14 million square feet.

This role is responsible for leading and managing landscape design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

  • Lead landscape design projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.
  • Direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of landscape drawing production techniques and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
  • Monitor project timeliness and budget.
  • Track percentage completion of projects based on delivery and batches.
  • Measure revenue growth through quarterly design delivery schedules.
  • Evaluate design quality through instances of flaws or failures identified during or after project.
  • Cultivate innovation and energy efficiency by implementing new technologies and sustainable practices in design.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
