We're looking for a visual thinker with strong design fundamentals to join our creative team. As a Junior Art Director, you'll work closely with writers, senior creatives, and strategists to translate ideas into compelling visuals across digital, print, and video formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create layouts, moodboards, and campaign visuals aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategy teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Support in shoots, production, and post-production processes
  • Work on a range of deliverables from social media posts to pitch decks and print ads
  • Stay current with design trends, digital formats, and pop culture ( A MUST)

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a design or art direction role (agency preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Motion design or video editing skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
