Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Senior-level position, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience. The role is full-time and is pivotal in driving sales strategies and expanding the market reach of GoKhana's solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SaaS sales to foster business growth and client relationships.

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales with a focus on delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
  • Extensive experience in business-to-business sales, specifically within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard clients successfully and manage client relationships for optimal satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for GoKhana's SaaS platform.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the hospitality sector to expand market reach.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of GoKhana's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics as required.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the visibility of GoKhana within the market.
