About Cradlewell

Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a

team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care

for babies.

Purpose of this role

Run the daily engine of Cradlewell. Make sure every parent is served on time, every nurse is

deployed properly, and every service day goes smooth without issues.

What you'll do


• Assign nurses to each booked customer based on skill, location and shift timing


• Coordinate nurse onboarding, ID proof collection, uniforms, checklists


• Track daily attendance, shift timings, and visit completion


• Handle last-minute issues (nurse swap, delays, emergency replacements)


• Maintain clear daily records and service logs in CRM


• Talk to customers regularly for feedback and issues resolution


• Work closely with sales team to make sure new bookings are smoothly activated


• Work with Medical Officer on special medical cases or high-risk baby protocols


• Maintain inventory of uniforms, ID cards, BP monitor, thermometers etc


• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports


• Optimise operating cost

Skills required


• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets handling


• Good English + Hindi or Kannada OR Telugu


• Previous experience in operations / customer ops preferred
