Job Description:

Brand Manager Role Overview:

The Brand Manager will play a key role in crafting and executing strategies to strengthen The company's position in the e-commerce and fashion accessory market. This role involves leading branding initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image across all customer touch points.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand recall.
  • Identify target audience preferences and trends to shape branding efforts.

2. Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and implement creative online and offline marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to create impact campaigns.

3. Product Launches

  • Manage branding and promotional strategies for new product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance in alignment with brand goals.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer behavior studies to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

5. Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and sales, to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral and advertisements.

6. Digital Branding

  • Oversee social media channels, website content, and online ads to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase brand visibility.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing (3+ years preferred).

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and campaign analysis.

  • Creativity and a passion for fashion and accessories.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus.
