We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team — someone who brings deep expertise in the eLearning domain and is excited to shape learning experiences that truly deliver.

Please Note: This is a full-time onsite role based in our Noida office. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the office daily.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project execution for a wide range of custom learning solutions. You'll work directly with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery

  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery

  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers

  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution

  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders

  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation

  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results
