Operations Manager – Digital Marketing
Exotto is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our delivery function and manage a 20+ member digital marketing team. This role will oversee client success, project execution, and internal marketing initiatives while acting as a key partner to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring KPIs and retention goals are met.
- Manage client onboarding, set expectations, and resolve escalations.
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ marketers (DMMs, TLs, Sr. DMEs, DMEs).
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and leadership to align delivery with business goals.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Drive team training, upskilling, and adoption of AI tools and automation.
- Track KPIs and present weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of inbound & outbound marketing (email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads).
- Proficiency with CRMs, marketing automation, and project management tools.
- Proven success in client retention and KPI-driven performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and resource allocation.
