Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service at Royal Kingdom By Sarovar Portico. Based in Bareilly, Pilibhit, Lucknow District, and Agra, this senior-level position demands a full-time commitment from candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be pivotal in managing front-office operations, leading a team, and enhancing customer experiences.

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to foster lasting guest connections and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve guest issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for maintaining records, creating reports, and managing correspondence efficiently.
  • Experience with point of sale systems to facilitate accurate guest transactions and service documentation.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle disputes and ensure amicable outcomes for all parties involved.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations ensuring efficient and smooth workflow in line with company standards.
  • Manage and lead front office staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and customer service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing service recovery strategies effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and manage reservations and bookings efficiently.
  • Develop and implement front office policies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by continuously reviewing and improving front office processes and service standards.
