About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable
Account Executives
to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities, vendor & receivable management, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle all accounting activities.
  • Manage
    P2P process
    with the team.
  • Review accounting books, records, reconciliations, and transactions.
  • Handle day-to-day processing of
    General Ledger, Customer Ledger & Vendor Ledger
    .
  • Support timely month-end closing activities.
  • Manage vendor payments post month-end closing.
  • Handle accounts receivable processes, including collections.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices (Contract/Activity/Reimbursement-based).
  • Share outstanding details with customers weekly.
  • Prepare salary data, issue cheques, deposit in the bank, and assist with EPF / ESIC / PT compliance.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports for all entities before the 7th of each month.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash across entities.
  • Perform AR & AP reconciliations.
  • Handle day-to-day banking-related work.
  • Perform debtors' reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate
    Tally entries
    and maintenance of records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting operations and reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Tally ERP
    and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, PT).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
