Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.

  • Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes to the attending physician.

  • Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.

  • Educate patients and their families about health management and post-hospital care.

  • Maintain stock of medical supplies and equipment in assigned areas.

  • Participate in nursing rounds, shift handovers, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

  • Support training and orientation of new staff and nursing students.

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

  • License: Registered Nurse with [State/National Nursing Council].

  • Experience: [0–2 years for fresher / 2–5+ years for experienced positions].

  • Skills:

    • Strong clinical and assessment skills.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

    • Proficiency in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
