Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter for a contractual role to support our hiring needs across sales and non-sales functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, leveraging platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal referrals to source top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales and non-sales roles.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in both sales and non-sales hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
