Urgent hiring for QMS Executive (Quality Management systems)

Profile- QMS Executive (Quality Management systems)

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–3 YearsCTC: Up to 3 Lpa

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Timings – 9am-6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with QMS requirements including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other automotive standards.
  • Monitor and maintain daily QMS activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Track and review quality objectives and report deviations.
  • Independently study and evaluate risks and opportunities related to quality systems.
  • Conduct training sessions on QMS requirements and updates.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities (NCs), and ensure timely closure.
  • Organize and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM), analysing results and outputs.
  • Participate in product and process audits, ensuring compliance with set standards and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Good understanding of QMS documentation and automotive quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
