General Information
Represents the quality organization within the Plant Quality team and is responsible for Quality Management System related topics of the manufacturing plant. Specialist for Quality Management Systems and process architecture, including framework processes and process modelling tools. Responsible for Audit management focused on IATF 16949, Technical Compliance Management and VDA 6.3 according to industry standard. Interface to regional certification bodies. Responsible for coordination of internal and external audits. Conduction of internal audits.

Job Interaction- Internal: Interact with local audit team members, Quality Heads, Process Owners, Process Managers, members of system/rule creation team. External: Interface with certification bodies during audit planning and in case of escalations, Customer for system audits, Certification Bodies, System / Process Auditors, System / Process Assessors

Your Key Responsibilities

• Audit planning: Audit planning according to IATF 16949 together with local AMRs and certification bodies. Creating transparency about the audit results globally, for internal and external audits. Regional contact for audit management team,
• Audits: Perform audits acc. VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 in escalation cases with focus on the Region. Lead Structured problem solving groups to find and share root causes in case of escalation audits or assessments. Ensure action closing deriving from internal / external audit finding.
• Decision authority: Release / reject audit plan. Manage communication with external Certification Body. Accept corrective actions and release finding closure. Perform audits in each location, of each function at each time and describe findings
• Management system management: Support Management System owner with all related tasks and responsibilities. Support Management System owner in his role as interface between all related internal and external stakeholder. Identify and document potential risks / opportunities for the Management System and support for Risk Mitigation. Support to ensure compliance to Process (Rule) Life Cycle and to process (document) management requirements. Support to ensure planning, scheduling and coordination of all Management System management activities.
• Management system maintenance - Prepare, participate at and contribute to Management System reviews. Review, analyze and report on discrepancies related to Management System and processes. Define, execute and monitor Maintenance / Improvement actions and progress. Ensure Continuous Improvement and Customer focus of the Management System. Drive the application of lean and agile methods to ensure usable, effective and efficient Management System.
• Management System change management - Ensure change and configuration management of the Management System. Summarize, document, work on and monitor Management System change requests. Ensure incorporation of Process (Rule) / Document Management into related Management System. Ensure compliance to Record Retention and Archiving requirements.

Your qualification

• Bachelor in Engineering or similar degree
• Advanced knowledge at Business / Technical English.
• Certified Management System Responsible (i.e. Quality Management System Responsible by TÜV, etc.)
• IATF 16949:2016, ISO 19011:2018, Internal System Auditor, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, Internal AMR Basic Training
• Ability and willingness to travel
• At least 8 years of experience in the automotive or electronics industry in a variety of functions.
• Cross-functional experience in different functional areas
• At least 4 years of experience in process creation / definition / management
• Leadership experience required or minimum 2 years as project team member or showing strong leadership or entrepreneurial skills.
• Sound experience of working in international teams
