Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Executive

with 1 year of experience to manage, create, and grow our brand's online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), Youtube.
  • Monitor social channels daily, engage with followers, and maintain a consistent brand tone and voice.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other social media dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to ensure cohesive visual branding.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Assist with paid campaigns and influencer partnerships to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of
    Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro
