  • Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate.
  • Support inclusive education, addressing diverse learning needs and emotional well-being.
  • Oversee student discipline with empathy, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices.
  • Mentor and guide teachers especially new educators, in early childhood best practices.
  • Manage timetables, duty rosters, and substitute arrangement efficiently.
  • Coordinate events and celebrations, blending educational goals with joyful experiences.
  • Serve as a liaison between parents and the school, addressing concerns with warmth and professionalism.
  • Support admissions and orientation programs, helping families transition smoothly into the school culture.
  • Promote community involvement, organizing outreach programs and celebrations that reflect local values.
  • Maintain records of student progress, staff performance, and school activities.
  • Prepare reports for internal review and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
