Position Title**:Vice Principal**

**Job Description**:
Should be Near to the school - Location - Thalambur, Navalur, Medavakkam, and sholinganallur.

1. Must have excellent communication with flawless grammar in report preparation and meetings.

2. Should be have experience of at least 3 years as VICE PRINCIPAL

3. Should be efficient in managing end to end academics operations of the School.

4. Must be a role model for all the teachers in giving inputs and training resources whenever necessary.

5. Must be a team player and dynamic leader.

6. Parent Communication and concerns by parents have to be handled without any issues and must convince the parent and at the same time ensure the problem doesn’t repeat if it is a miss from the School or teacher’s end.

7. Should actively participate in Admission and converting parents while a parent is visiting for admissions.

8. Should be able to take full responsibility on academic improvements by monitoring children and forming strategies for the same.

9. Should be able to concentrate on different levels ( KG, Primary and middle school,Secondary Higher secondary). VP must be having different approaches for different grade levels.

11. Should be able to conduct frequent trainings and knowledge on teaching methodology for teachers and improve the teaching capability of the teachers.

12. Should be able to document all the processes for academics and maintain in EXCEL and registers

13. Should be able to frame Academics Plans and annual Planners with Events and execute flawlessly.

14. Responsible for conduction of Events and inputs must be given and decisions for quick execution of events.

15. Should be able to do substitution and time table for 100+ teachers

16. Must make sure no TC is going out from the school

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any

Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and community members.

Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools.

Certification as a school administrator may be required, depending on local

**SALARY :40K TO 55K**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
