Roles & Responsibilities:

  • A Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer typically manages and maintains electrical systems, ensuring their reliable and safe operation, and leads a team of technicians. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical faults. They also focus on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies for electrical systems, including preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Managing electrical maintenance projects, such as upgrades, renovations, or new installations, coordinating with contractors and vendors.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and industrial automation.

  • Managing Electrical maintenance budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.

  • Ability to analyze data, plan maintenance activities, and manage projects effectively.

  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
