Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic female Telecalling Performers to join our team. You will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, buyers, and beneficiaries, spreading awareness about our initiatives, and sales closer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and prospects.
  • Explain our ongoing projects, and the impact of their contributions.
  • Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude during calls.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/Monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and donor information.
  • Follow up with interested parties and ensure timely updates.
  • Work closely with the fundraising and outreach teams.
  • Provide feedback on calling scripts and strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Passion for social causes and community welfare.
