We're hiring an Investment Manager at Campus Fund and this role is truly one-of-a-kind.

And now, we're looking to add another Investment Manager to help lead this mission.

This role reports directly to our Founder & CEO: Richa Bajpai.

-Someone who wants to work directly with our 30–40 member student team.

-Someone who loves early-stage venture: the chaos, the pace, the instinct, the storytelling.

-Someone who can turn sector insights into conviction, turn conviction into memos, and turn memos into deals.

-Someone who enjoys coaching ambitious young talent just as much as evaluating founders.

-Someone who thrives in a flat, high-trust environment where ownership is everything.

What you'll do:

-Work hands-on with our 30–40 student investors to build a sharp, disciplined investment pipeline.

-Meet student-led founders, dropouts, and recent grads building boldly

-Lead deal structuring, financial modelling, term sheets, and negotiation.

-Guide sector research, IC prep, weekly cadences, and post-IC work.

-Present high-quality startups to our Investment Committee

-Operate closely with Richa on strategy, investment decisions, and ecosystem building.

-Be part of a mission-first team rewriting how venture works at the earliest stage.

What you bring:

-10–12 years of experience in venture, consulting, or other high-ownership roles.

-Strong analytical and financial skills.

-Leadership instincts and the ability to coach young, motivated teams.

-A hustle-first mindset and a sharp bias for action.

-Comfort operating in a flat, transparent, move-fast culture.
