Key Responsibilities1. Realizing Our Growth Ambitions·       To drive the expansion of APD'spresence across India by setting up at least two new centers, one in the northand the other in the east. Responsibilities include:  LocationIdentification: Identify new states and locations aligning with APD'svision and mission, leveraging demographic and needs -based analysis.Feasibility Studies:·       Conduct socio -economic andcultural assessments to ensure alignment with APD's goals.·       Evaluate potential challengessuch as accessibility, regulatory requirements, and availability of localresources.Budgeting and Financial Planning:·       Develop detailed budgetscovering setup costs, operational expenses, and contingencies.·       Partner with the FinanceDirector to ensure financial approvals, tracking, and adherence to budgets.Leasing and Infrastructure Setup:·       Secure office spaces thatcomply with accessibility and safety standards.·       Coordinate the procurement offurniture, technology, and other operational essentials.Regulatory Compliance and Licenses:·       Obtain necessary licenses andclearances from local authorities, ensuring adherence to labor laws andoperational regulations.·       Maintain comprehensivedocumentation for compliance audits.Talent Acquisition and HR Alignment:·       Work with the HR Director todevelop hiring plans for key roles.·       Conduct market analyses toassess talent availability, salary benchmarks, and onboarding timelines.Timelines and Project Management:·       Establish clear timelines foreach phase of the setup process.·       Implement a project managementframework to track milestones and address roadblocks proactively.Stakeholder Coordination:·       Liaise with local governmentbodies, community leaders, and partners to ensure smooth integration.·       Organize community awarenesscampaigns to introduce APD's mission and services. 2. Growing Our Footprint Through PartnershipsTo accelerate scaling efforts byestablishing and nurturing partnerships with aligned organizations andentities. Responsibilities include: Strategic Partner Identification:·       Map potential partners such asNGOs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and governmentprograms.·       Identify organizations withshared values, complementary strengths, and scalability potential.Due Diligence:·       Conduct thorough backgroundchecks, including financial stability, legal compliance, and programmaticimpact.·       Assess cultural alignment andcapacity to meet APD's quality standards.Partnership Development:·       Design partnership models(e.g., joint ventures, funding collaborations) to achieve mutual objectives.·       Negotiate clear terms andexpectations, formalizing agreements with measurable KPIs.Implementation and Support:·       Collaborate on co -brandedprograms, ensuring alignment with APD's operational practices.·       Provide technical support andcapacity -building sessions to strengthen partner capabilities.Impact Assessment:·       Develop metrics to monitorpartnership effectiveness.·       Conduct periodic reviews torefine strategies and maximize outcomes. 3. Audit & Compliance of Our PartnersTo ensure consistency and quality in theway APD and its partners operate. Responsibilities include: Standardized Operational Frameworks:·       Create detailed compliancechecklists covering HR policies, financial management, and program delivery.·       Develop templates forconsistent documentation and reporting.Periodic Reviews and Audits:·       Schedule regular audits toverify adherence to APD's standards, with reports shared with leadership.·       Implement corrective actionplans for non -compliance and follow up on their execution.Principal Employer Accountability:·       Ensure APD's role as thePrincipal Employer is upheld, particularly in labor law adherence and ethicalpractices.Training and Program Alignment:·       Oversee the delivery of partnertraining programs to maintain uniformity in execution.·       Monitor the implementation ofschemes and initiatives to ensure fidelity to APD's design.Continuous Improvement:·       Use audit findings to identifygaps and provide recommendations for process improvements.·       Foster a culture ofaccountability and transparency among partners. Strategic Planning (Scale and Expansion)·       Drives the development andexecution of APD's multi -year expansion roadmap.·       Leads market mapping, programreplication strategies, and scale -readiness diagnostics.·       Supports the Director of Scalein identifying high -impact regions and evaluating scalability potential. New Projects (Greenfield)Operationalizes the greenfield expansion by managing end -to -end setup of new centers.Ensures readiness in terms of infra, regulatory compliance, onboarding local teams, and community engagement.Works closely with the Director of Scale and cross -functional teams for on -ground execution.Key Qualifications and Skills  - Proven experience in scaling operations, preferably(not Mandatory) in the non -profit or     socialsector. - Exceptional project management andorganizational skills. - Ability to travel extensively and adaptto diverse environments. - Proficiency in stakeholder management andcross -functional collaboration. - Financial acumen to work on budgeting andcompliance requirements. - Strong leadership and team -buildingabilities.Educational QualificationsGraduate in any discipline Location: Bangalore, with extensivetravel across India.
