Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication and Erection Engineer located in Bavla. The Fabrication and Erection Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and erection processes, ensuring quality control, and managing project timelines. Daily tasks include supervising fabrication operations, coordinating with the erection team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process. The role requires effective communication with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fabrication and erection processes
  • 2-5 Years of prior experience in fabrication & peb industry
  • Knowledge of EOT and Goliath Cranes
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
