Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

l Proven experience as a Presales Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar client-facing technical role.

l In-depth, hands-on experience with IAM/IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt etc. with a strong understanding of the core functionalities and architecture. Experience with atleast two platforms highly desirable.

l Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and best practices.

l Experience with a broad range of related technologies, including:

  • Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Authentication and Authorization protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell, Python, PowerShell).
  • Web services and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).

l Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address client requirements.

l Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

l Relevant professional certifications are a significant plus.
