Role Overview

We are looking for a Billing & Invoicing Executive to manage accurate order billing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination for daily B2B vegetable supply operations. This role supports end-to-end delivery documentation, digital billing, customer invoice creation, and daily reporting. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-moving supply/warehouse environments, and familiar with billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sales orders & customer invoices in billing software
  • Coordinate with operations & dispatch teams for daily orders
  • Verify order quantities, rates & delivery notes
  • Maintain GRN, delivery challans & billing records
  • Reconcile billed vs dispatched quantity and report deviations
  • Follow-up for digital signatures / invoice acknowledgements
  • Maintain customer billing master & rate sheet updates
  • Prepare daily invoice summary & billing MIS
  • Support accounts team for monthly closing & AR follow-ups
  • Filing & organizing supporting documents

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 3 years experience in Billing / Accounts / Sales Admin
  • Knowledge of Tally / Zoho / ERP billing preferred
  • Excel skills (v-lookup, basic formulas, reports)
  • Good coordination & communication skills (Tamil mandatory)
  • Ability to work in rotational day & night shift. (No Night shift for Females)
  • Should be willing to relocate / stay nearby Vanagaram, Chennai

Note: No night shifts for female candidates

Qualification

  • B.Com / BBA / M.Com / Any Degree with billing exposure
