Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and onboard candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary to contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment Strategy Development: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

2.Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.

3.Expanding Talent Sources: Proactively expand talent sources by establishing partnerships with campuses, NGOs, skill development centers, and other relevant organizations to broaden our candidate pool.

4.Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify top candidates for further consideration.

5.Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

6.Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate to ensure a positive candidate experience.

7.Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles and providing necessary support and resources.

8.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

9.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

10.Collaboration: Partner with other members of the HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to support broader HR initiatives and objectives.
